On January 1, 2021, Tomáš Podškubka became a new partner of the consulting company TPA. He has been with the company for fifteen years and focuses on valuation, structuring, transformation, M&A and strategic consulting.
Tomáš Podškubka (38) has been working for TPA since 2006 and has also worked for a partner consulting company in New Zealand. Since 2011 he has been a forensic expert specializing in the valuation of companies, intangible assets and securities, and since 2015 a member of the Royal Institute of Certified Specialists (MRICS) for real estate valuation.
In addition to his work at TPA, Tomáš Podškubka is also an employee of the Department of Finance and Business Valuation at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics in Prague. He has a number of professional publications or articles on his account, of which he is the author or co-author.
Tomáš Podškubka is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, he speaks English and studying this language is one of his favorite activities. In addition, he enjoys playing tennis and skiing in his spare time.
