On September 15 and 16, the Baker Tilly Europe Alliance Cross Border Meeting 2022 was held in the town of Frauenkirchen, Austria. This is an event organized by TPA Group together with Baker Tilly Germany and Baker Tilly Europe Alliance (BTEA).
The objective of this year’s gathering was getting colleagues to know each other, exchange experiences and go through special training and processes at special interactive workshops and group training sessions. Participants had the opportunity to learn from experienced mentors how to work on increasing energy, to learn how to deal with stressful situations, increase their self-confidence, sharpen their awareness and mental strength, and learn about many other techniques that will help them in their daily work and life.
Over 100 participants were present, and among them were our colleagues from TPA Serbia: Nataša Marinković – senior manager in the accounting department, Bojan Lukić – manager in the tax consulting department and Aleksandar Latinović – assistant manager in the audit department.
