Profile / Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Economics;
- 3-5 years of experience within a consultancy firm in an M&A capacity;
- Good understanding of financial results and valuation techniques;
- Outstanding analytical skills and capacity to pay close attention to details;
- Experienced in buy-side acquisition process;
- Ability to plan and operate multiple concurrent projects;
- Very capable in Excel;
- Excellent communication skills, client focused and result oriented;
- Team player, eager to learn and pro-active;
- Stress resistant with ability to perform within tight time frames and under pressure;
- Creative problem-solver;
Job description:
- Participate in the end-to-end due diligence process and overall transaction projects;
- Researching clients, preparing Engagement Letters and conducting conflict checks;
- Build financial models for potential acquisitions that incorporate relevant diligence findings;
- Ability to use complex financial models and create presentations;
- Training and mentorship of M&A Assistants and Junior members of the team throughout the projects;
- Analyses diligence materials, forming preliminary assumptions and risks of potential acquisitions;
