Profile / Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economics;
  • 3-5 years of experience within a consultancy firm in an M&A capacity;
  • Good understanding of financial results and valuation techniques;
  • Outstanding analytical skills and capacity to pay close attention to details;
  • Experienced in buy-side acquisition process;
  • Ability to plan and operate multiple concurrent projects;
  • Very capable in Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills, client focused and result oriented;
  • Team player, eager to learn and pro-active;
  • Stress resistant with ability to perform within tight time frames and under pressure;
  • Creative problem-solver;

Job description:

  • Participate in the end-to-end due diligence process and overall transaction projects;
  • Researching clients, preparing Engagement Letters and conducting conflict checks;
  • Build financial models for potential acquisitions that incorporate relevant diligence findings;
  • Ability to use complex financial models and create presentations;
  • Training and mentorship of M&A Assistants and Junior members of the team throughout the projects;
  • Analyses diligence materials, forming preliminary assumptions and risks of potential acquisitions;
