With the beginning of the new year TPA Slovakia and TPA Romania appointed new partner:

- Daniela Zar, leader of the tax practice of TPA in Bucharest
New Partner in Slovakia: Mária Janušková
Mária Janušková has been with the TPA Group for almost 15 years. During her work for TPA Slovakia, she has expanded her experience beyond the fields of international taxation, issues relating to permanent establishments (her favourite topic ), expatriate taxation and social security to include corporation taxes, VAT, real estate, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
New Partner in Romania: Daniela Zar
Tax Partner Daniela Zar has more than 15 years of experience in tax advisory services and currently leads the tax practice of TPA in Romania. She has managed numerous projects including mergers & acquisitions, tax reviews, business restructuring and assistance provided during tax audits carried out by the authorities. The clients to whom the Romanian tax advisor provides advice operate in various business sectors including real estate, manufacturing, retail, automotive and logistics.
