The company TPA Serbia conducted research aimed at obtaining information about market trends in the economy, but also about plans for the reorganization of legal entities from the point of view of finance sector directors. A special aspect is dedicated to challenges in the financial sector of global and domestic companies. In this way, the research results can be of help to financial directors, but also to other managers of the company’s sector for better planning and decision-making.
