TPA Austria completed a merger with WWV-Group, a tax consulting firm based in Lower Austria. This alliance strengthens TPA´s expertise in tax consultancy, accounting, insolvency and restructuring management, among others.
The successful tax firm WWV-Group and TPA will merge on April 1, 2024 and three new partners as well as 43 highly experienced colleagues will join TPA. Already since June 2023, the lower Austrian TPA locations in Zwettl and Schrems have formed an intensive knowledge alliance with the tax consultancy firm WWV. For TPA, this means another location – Gmünd – in Austria. As of April 1, the tax consulting firm will thus be represented at a total of 15 locations in Austria, six of which are located in the economically very strong federal state of Lower Austria.
The TPA Group is an independent member of the Baker Tilly Europe Alliance. TPA has grown over the years to become a group of 2,050 employees in twelve nations with 850 employees alone in Austria. In addition to 15 locations in Austria, TPA is represented in eleven other countries in Central and South Eastern Europe, with all services also being offered in German, which is particularly of interest in border regions and for cross-border cooperation. Despite its size, the group remains a down-to-earth hybrid between regional and international, group and individual company; the regional strategy is upheld precisely because of its roots in Lower Austria.
