The tenth Belgrade Youth Fair was held on April 18th and 19th, 2024 and gathered almost 6,000 young people from all parts of Serbia and the largest employers in the country. The event was held this year after a long break in full live format, with a large conference and fair space in the Cineplexx Ušće Shopping Center. The event successfully connected numerous companies with young people through various activities such as a large fair practices/jobs, job interview simulations, professional CV photography, lectures, workshops, a CV clinic and an employer knowledge quiz.

The Youth Fair represents the biggest career event and is one of the biggest projects for young people in the region, which has been the most important career-type event in this part of Europe for years. Every year, thousands of students and graduates from all over Serbia and the region participate in the desire to meet the best employers and take the right steps in their careers.

Almost 6,000 young people had the opportunity to receive useful career advice through company presentations, direct contact with their representatives, job interview simulation, workshops, panel discussions, and lectures at the conference part of the event.

The panel discussions held on the first day of the fair attracted great interest, precisely for the reason that the young people were interested in constant improvement regarding the topics presented at the panels:

  2. What can a newly hired employee expect, i.e., what does the first working day at TPA look like?
  3. Are there differences in the introduction of new employees into the system based on their position or seniority?
  4. What does the onboarding process look like after the first day?

Additionally, young TPA colleagues were present at the exhibition part – representatives from the administration/marketing department, financial consulting, auditing, tax consulting, and accounting.
