Ognjen has more than 15 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, financial advisory, internal control and risk management, working with both domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries.
He developed his career in a Big Four environment, where he worked on complex audit and advisory projects, with a particular focus on the financial sector and IFRS standards. Prior to joining TPA Serbia, he held the position of Finance Manager on one of the most significant international investment projects in the region, where he contributed to defining strategic objectives and developing financial systems and reporting. At TPA Serbia, Ognjen focuses on business development, enhancing service quality, and building long-term client relationships. In addition to client work, he is actively involved in the financial and strategic management of TPA Serbia companies.
