TPA Serbia at the Women’s CEO Summit

Jelena Hadžić, Partner in the Audit Department at TPA Serbia, had the pleasure of attending this year’s Women Summit Belgrade, held in the inspiring setting of the Madlenianum Opera & Theatre (Palata umetnosti Madlena). From the very first moment, it was clear that the event had been organized with exceptional care — from the thoughtfully designed panel format to the selection of topics that sparked truly meaningful conversations.

The panel discussions addressed important questions about the role of women in leadership, diplomacy, and contemporary social issues. What gave these discussions particular value were the authentic perspectives of women who already hold key leadership positions and who openly shared their experiences, challenges, and insights with the audience.

Diplomatic representatives added an additional dimension to the discussions by speaking about the position and influence of women in their respective countries — from Australia and the Czech Republic to Mexico — offering a broader international perspective and reminding us how diverse the contexts in which this topic evolves can be, while the goals remain widely shared.

We left the panels with the sense that significant progress has already been made, but also with a clear awareness that there is still room for further advancement. We believe that raising this awareness — about potential, responsibility, and mutual support — is the next important step toward building stronger and more inclusive leadership.

TPA Serbia will continue to support initiatives that encourage dialogue, the exchange of experiences, and the empowerment of women in both the business and broader social environment.
