TPA Serbia at the 10th Advanced Technology Forum in Niš

TPA Serbia participated in the 10th Advanced Technology Forum, held on 16 and 17 September at the Science and Technology Park in Niš, which brought together representatives of the business community, experts and leaders from various fields of technology and business. As part of the program, Bojan Žepinić, Managing Partner at TPA Serbia, was one of the speakers on the panel discussion “Creating Value: Preparing Companies for Investments, M&A Transactions and the Next Phase of Growth”.

The discussion brought together experts with diverse yet complementary perspectives. In addition to Bojan Žepinić, participants included Milan Kostić, CEO of Triple Crown, and Stefan Đorđević, CEO of Diligent Solutions and Managing Director at ProfitOptics. Aleksandar Plavšin, Founder of the Business Intelligence Institute, moderated the panel.

With more than 20 years of experience in M&A transactions, Bojan Žepinić spoke about the financial aspects of value creation and the factors that make a company attractive to a potential investor or buyer.

Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of preparing a company in good time for an investment or M&A process. As highlighted during the discussion, financial discipline, high-quality and transparent reporting, well-structured processes and sound business relationships form the foundation for a successful next step.

Bojan Žepinić also addressed what company owners can do today, even when they have no immediate intention of selling. Value is not created when a buyer or investor appears; it is built over many years.

Financial discipline, well-structured legal and business relationships, strong leadership, and a company’s ability to grow without excessive dependence on a single individual are among the elements that contribute to long-term value, sustainability, and readiness for new business opportunities.
