Jelena Hadžić and Ognjen Jovanović Appointed as New Partners at TPA Serbia
TPA Serbia is pleased to announce the appointment of Jelena Hadžić and Ognjen Jovanović as Partners of the firm.
Jelena Hadžić has been appointed Partner in the Audit Department, having previously served as Audit Department Director. Ognjen Jovanović has been appointed Partner in the Accounting and Payroll Department, following his tenure as its Director.

As Partners, Jelena Hadžić and Ognjen Jovanović will continue to drive service excellence, invest in talent development, and further strengthen TPA Serbia’s market position.
Jelena joined TPA Serbia more than ten years ago and has grown alongside the firm – taking on new responsibilities, building strong relationships and developing the ability to translate complexity into clarity. Her progression to Audit Partner represents a natural continuation of this journey, underpinned by a clear sense of purpose. In her role as Partner, she focuses on creating sustainable value that supports and guides TPA Serbia’s continued development.
She began her professional career in smaller audit firms, where she built a strong technical foundation through detailed work with financial data, ongoing client interaction and direct exposure to practical business challenges. Over the years, she has developed recognised expertise in auditing international groups in the IT and manufacturing sectors, as well as in the effective and practical application of IFRS standards in complex business environments. She holds a statutory auditor’s licence and has gone through the qualification process for Certified Internal Auditor.
Ognjen has over 15 years of professional experience across finance, accounting, financial advisory, internal control and risk management, working with domestic and international clients from a wide range of industries.
He developed his career in a Big Four environment, where he was involved in complex audit and advisory engagements, with a particular focus on the financial sector and IFRS standards. Prior to joining TPA Serbia, he served as Finance Manager on one of the most significant international investment projects in the region, contributing to the definition of strategic objectives and the development of financial systems and reporting frameworks. At TPA Serbia, Ognjen focuses on business development, continuous enhancement of service quality and the development of long-term client relationships. In addition to client work, he is actively involved in the financial and strategic management of TPA Serbia companies.
Ognjen holds a Master’s degree in Economics, having graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.
