As a dynamic international advisory network with strong regional roots and a global presence, TPA Group reaffirms in 2024 that sustainability is not a trend – but a strategic commitment and long-term responsibility. The new Sustainability Report 2024 marks an important step toward more transparent, structured, and measurable ESG management, aligned with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
With 34 offices across 12 CEE/SEE countries and more than 2,100 employees, TPA Group demonstrates that sustainable business means balancing economic success with responsibility toward people and the environment. In 2024, particular focus was placed on climate-related objectives, improving working conditions, promoting gender equality, ensuring transparent governance, and further strengthening a culture built on integrity and zero tolerance for corruption.
The report provides concrete data on energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, workforce structure, training hours, and ESG initiatives implemented across the Group. A key milestone was the execution of a double materiality analysis, defining the most relevant topics for long-term sustainable development.
