Junior – Financial Advisory Services

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A and other corporate finance advisory projects, including financial modeling, company valuation, financial due diligence, industry and market research, and the preparation of marketing materials such as teasers
- Prepare detailed analyses, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Assist senior team members in ongoing projects and client engagements
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support strategic decision-making
- Help develop financial models and business plans
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and data quality
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Actively contribute to process improvements and share fresh ideas
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in reputable audit of M&A boutique firm
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
- University degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Accounting and financial reporting – understanding the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and basic accounting standards (IFRS, local standards).
- Financial statement analysis – working with financial ratios (liquidity, profitability, leverage), understanding the structure of revenues and expenses.
- Basics of corporate finance – discounted cash flow (DCF), fundamental valuation concepts, and capital structure.
