ERP & Accounting Consultant

Due to expansion of our business in Serbia we are looking for a new member of our team as ERP & Accounting Consultant.

Your Role

As an ERP & Accounting Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and optimizing financial workflows. You will work closely with clients to configure and enhance ERP systems, improve processes, and drive automation in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Maintenance of internal IT environment ✅Analyze clients’ business and technical processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. ✅ Design the architecture, technical implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions using appropriate tools and technologies. ✅ Implement, configure, and customize ERP systems, based on client needs and best practices. ✅ Provide expert advice and support to clients on analytics, business intelligence, system architecture, and data management. ✅ Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project integration and knowledge sharing. ✅ Conduct training sessions for colleagues and clients to ensure the successful adoption and long-term effectiveness of ERP solutions. ✅ Testing of implemented ERP solutions to ensure functionality and accuracy. ✅ Provide ongoing support for end users in their daily ERP operations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance. ✅ Work closely with clients to develop high-impact solutions, including automation of financial processes and bookkeeping workflows. ✅ Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred. ✔ Accounting background with an interest in ERP system setup, improvement, and automation of financial processes. ✔ Experience in ERP implementation, accounting software, or business consulting is advantage. ✔ Knowledge of SAP FI and/or AB Soft ERP solutions is a strong advantage. ✔ Analytical skills – the ability to interpret data and solve problems. ✔ Good communication and client-facing skills. ✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). ✔ Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
